Performance Academy Club Letters

Performance Academy Clubs letters can be brought back into college from today (10th January). Places will be allocated on a ‘first come – first served’ basis, based on the return of the form and full payment being received (via parent pay).  All forms and payment confirmation need to be returned to a member of PE Staff in the PE Office before tutor time, during PE lessons or at break and lunch. Do not hand it to your tutor. Bring it to a member of PE!

If you are unsuccessful in getting a place on a club due to high numbers then the money paid will automatically be transferred to the your lunch account. If clubs are not at full capacity you can join at any time across the term but you will only need to pay for the amount of sessions that will run at the point of you signing up. There will be no clubs running in the last week of term April. Please can you ensure that forms are fully completed, and payment is made by Friday 14th January. Please contact finance if you are having issues with parent pay as soon as possible, and if you have any other questions please contact a member of the PE Team.
