National Biology Challenge
A group Yr 10 students recently competed in a National Biology Challenge designed to test students general knowledge and understanding of biology. They had to complete 2 x 25min online papers, which covered a broad range of topics.
They achieved some fantastic results with Charlotte Lancaster being one of 4 students to receive a gold award with an average score of 89.99%.
The other students who received gold awards were Rowan Elms, Jack Phippard and Callum Shovell
Silver Awards: Donna Hillman, Niamh Tape, Isabella Goodman, Rebecca Saunders
Bronze Awards: Reuben Wendon, Seth Taopo, Ruby McNamara, Matilda Armstrong-Evans, Phoebe Symmons, Megan Hensby, Olivia Stanmore
Lots of students also achieved Highly Commended and Commended.
Overall a fantastic effort from a talented group of biologists in Year 10.
