Students Present at National Headteacher Conference
Isaac Cude, Zella Fisher and Gabriella Asman spoke with skill, poise and insight when they addressed delegates attending the Prince’s Teaching Institute’s Leaderhsip conference at the Tudor stately home, Madingley Hall, Cambridge. Undaunted by the regal surroundings, they spoke about their experience of teaching and learning at Launceston College, and responded to questions in a panel discussion. They were in impressive company, sharing a platform that day with Jack Jackson, CEO of Launceston College Multi Academy Trust, Professor Helen Cooper, Professor of English at Cambridge University, Amanda Spielman, Chief Executive of Ofsted, and Lord Wilson, permanent secretary to five Prime Ministers. They were truly impressive in their confidence and honesty, representing Launceston College on a national platform. The following day, they participated in a range of outreach workshops at Cambridge University.
