Italian Students Visit the College
Four students and a teacher from Sardinia, Italy have just returned home after spending a week at the College. The students took part in a variety of lessons in order to improve their English and the teacher spent her time in number of faculties observing lessons. The students were hosted by Year 11 students.
The Launceston students are now spending five days in Sardinia working with one of the school’s chefs. The Italian school specialises in cookery and restaurant service and this is an excellent opportunity for the students to learn new skills and gain valuable experience. The Launceston College students involved in the exchange are Joe Dickinson, Millie Goodman, Leyla Taylor and Josh Mannino.
