The Physical section is all about getting moving and getting fit. You do not have to be sporty to do this section as the DofE is personal to the individual doing it. All you need to do is take part in a physical activity and try to improve in your chosen activity. You can concentrate on something you already do or try something new.
You can take part in team sports, individual sports, water sports, racquet sports, dance, fitness, extreme sports or martial arts.
